I took these photos this week. Nice sunny days. Warm, but nice. I could still leave the studio door open. Well, now it's approaching 100 degrees, with 105 just around the corner. Good bye open door 'till about...mid September!
That looks gorgeous! I love that short period when is about to turn--windows open, breeze blowing, everything greening up. We seemed to speed right through it this year, with only 2 or 3 days of that lovely weather. Now it's hot. And our heat pump/ac just died!
I'll just think of your pictures and imagine that breeze...
Rampian, Thanks for visiting! It is a special place. My husband and I built it ourselves. Someday I'll dig up the constructions pictures and do a post about it.
Mary Ann, Most of the year I do get to keep the windows and doors open. Even in the winter I might have the heater on in the morning, but by the afternoon I can let fresh air in. I'd imagine for us summers are kind of like other peoples winters, where you need to keep things closed up.
Hi Don! Your daughter lives here! Is she in the Phoenix area? We have a great way of escaping the heat. Just head to the mountains. That's where's I've been the last few days. A long holiday weekend at my Mom's cabin.
Elaine, I'll check out those tag directions. Thanks for thinking of me!
Hi Anne. Glad you found your way over here. I can't say I know much about fung-shui, I just did what made the most sense and what felt right. But I'll take correct fung-shui anytime!

What a lovely place to work! Such sunshine and the bright peachy color on the walls will surely invite the muses in. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Arizona? My daughter lives there, and ug! Yes, I'd stay inside for sure.
Gail,
Your studio looks so bright and airy. Love it!
I got tagged with a meme this morning--and now I'm tagging you. You can read the directions at Wild Rose Reader.

Hi, Gail,
Cheryl Klein's blog brought me here. I must say that the furniture set up in your studio is fung-shui correct!
Wish you good fortune.
Anne
